Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative in our Sugar Land, TX office.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are interested in setting up their careers in sales. The main responsibility would be to expand the company business, uncovering new customers opportunities in early stages of the sales cycle. This professional will play a crucial role in the company’s revenue growth achievement.


Essential Functions

· Uncover sales opportunities

· Expand the company potential customer base, either by direct customer outreach, or by following up on leads generated

· Manage prospecting leads effectively based on existing sales process.

· Keep efficient tracking of all leads, as well as follow-up calls to ensure that priority items are touched quickly and regularly, and all accounts are kept up to date.

· Target high-value prospects and transition leads into new opportunities, effectively qualifying before passing to sales rep.

· Be able to determine pain points of prospects and effectively present the value proposition via voice, email, over the web, or in person.

· Understand how to create value to the customers and educate prospects in a way that enticed them

· Provide effective feedback to management regarding both successful and unsuccessful leads, calls, and potential clients industries.

· High end-to- end prospect accounts and leads control, following up on customer opportunities


Desired Qualifications:

· Have sales skills and is comfortable and confident interacting with contacts at all levels of an enterprise organization over the phone

· Driven and self-motivated individual who consistently achieve goals or overachieve key performance metrics defined

· Customer centric focus mentality, with ability to active listen to understand customer sales stage, needs and how Sigga can help

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and manners on the phone or by e-mail

· Highly organized - follow up with each potential account and utilize systems and process for better control

· Capability to multitask and manage diverse accounts simultaneously

· Result oriented mentality

· Ability to rapid ramp up on Sigga’s solutions and how to promote value proposition

· Ambition to grow and build a career in sales



Desired Experience/Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Experience, either working as a BDR or client/ customer (i.e., sales, retail, or customer service).

· Previous knowledge on how to use CRM, preferable HubSpot

· 3 years calling experience is a plus
