Job description: 

 

Sigga is looking for a Software Implementation Consultant with experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (“SAP PM”). 

The consultant will receive training to successfully implement the Sigga software applications and related services to new and existing business customers. 

The candidate will provide planning, technical expertise, and direction regarding the various Sigga technologies  and will serve as the high-level technical expert in regards to any associated issues. Potential candidates must be able to demonstrate their technical understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance concepts in an enterprise environment. Candidates must have a solid understanding of standard client/server, networking, and Internet fundamentals and should be able to troubleshoot various aspects of a client infrastructure. Any experience with Planning & Scheduling, Inventory & Warehousing is a highly desired plus. Mobile Experience in EAM is also a Plus. 

 

    • The candidate will identify, prioritize, and communicate all system and process issues that affect productivity and efficiency, while providing input and support for necessary improvements and system upgrades.  
    • The candidate will provide knowledge transfer to the customer in the day to day management and maintenance of the Sigga environment.  
    • The candidate will be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.  
    • The candidate will have previously deployed other enterprise applications in a consulting role or have real world maintenance experience. 
    • The Candidate will have extensive experience Plant Maintenance & Enterprise Asset Management. 

 

Requirements: 

 

    • Minimum of: 3 years of Experience in SAP PM, Planning & Scheduling, or Inventory & Warehousing. 
    • Be able to assist and/or lead RFI/P/Q efforts in response to client needs 
    • Previous experience with scoping engagements without assistance. 
    • Previous experience with creating Statements of Work  (SOW) & Change Requests (CR’s) as needed 
    • Previous experience performing Health Checks, Implementations, & Upgrades with enterprise class software 
    • Ability to lead large/complex consulting services engagements, including strategy and solution design sessions 
    • Work closely with Sigga’s Technical Support to identify and resolve issues and to mitigate customer impact during engagements 
    • Demonstrable ability to identify and resolve engagement issues 
    • Ability to contribute to the identification of new consulting services offerings and opportunities 
    • Gather requirements, troubleshoot, debug, document, and deliver across a broad range of products and platforms quickly and accurately 
    • Assume a leadership role on engagements and work without direct supervision, interfacing with customer IT and business-function leaders as necessary 
    • Develop and recommend solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. 
    • Identify and prioritize system requirements and enhancements, and be able to communicate to executive management. 
    • Collaborate with internal/external teams to identify and support technology advancements  
    • Work closely with other systems architects and project managers to develop, plan and implement system enhancements and upgrades  
    • Work effectively with internal and client cross-functional teams to identify, isolate, and resolve technical design issues and hardware/software malfunctions 
    • Produce clear and concise documentation capturing system configuration, design, and standard operating procedures, using MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel and MS Word.  
    • Time management skills and the ability to be flexible and creative are a must 
    • Should be willing to travel extensively (sometimes for short or long term durations) 
    • Ready to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment 
    • Must have permission to work in the USA 

 

Preferred Requirements : 


    • Experience with enterprise mobile applications for SAP 
    • Experience in SAP MM/WM modules 
    • Experience with integration between SAP PM and SAP MM/WM, QM, and HR 
    • Good understanding of ABAP code and how to debug
