Sigga is a fast-paced and growing global provider of SAP-certified mobile enterprise applications.  The Sigga Suite includes a Mobile EAM solution, Planning and Scheduling for Maintenance, Warehouse and Inventory Management, and EAM Business Analytics, for the execution of work in asset intensive industries such as chemicals, O&G, and heavy manufacturing among others.


Sigga is an international company with offices in the US, Brazil, Belgium, and China. We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative in its Sugar Land, TX office. 


Sigga offers health benefits, a 401K plan, two weeks paid vacation and other benefits. The compensation for this position is  salary + commission.


    • Job Summary

      The BDR is responsible for the consistent development of opportunities through the sales process by cultivating a successful and organized process of outbound lead generation. This includes cold calling, processing of inbound leads, process support, and other related areas necessary for achievement of the revenue goals for the company.

      Essential Functions:

      o    Manage leads and opportunities effectively based on existing sales process instructions.

      o    Keep efficient tracking of all leads and opportunities as well as follow-up calls to ensure that priority items are touched quickly and regularly, and all accounts are kept up-to-date.

      o    Effectively use HubSpot CRM to track activity, send emails, and manage opportunities.

      o    Effectively partner with the company's sales executives to target high-value prospects and transition leads into new opportunities.

      o    Provide effective feedback to management regarding both successful and unsuccessful leads, calls, and potential clients industries.

      o    Cultivate leads into new opportunities through qualification and value proposition.

      o    Create new opportunities through cold calling and account development as directed by management.

      o    Be able to determine pain points of prospects and effectively present the value proposition via voice, email, during a demonstration of our solution over the web, or in person.

      o    Work in coordination with Sales Account Executives to target high-value prospects.

      Desired Qualifications:

      ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills (i.e., comfortable and confident interacting with contacts at all levels of the organization). 

      ·         Excellent and enthusiastic telephone manner.

      ·         Technically proficient (i.e., working knowledge of standard office applications).

      ·         Highly organized (i.e., ability to work through a list and document results in a spreadsheet or database).

      Desired Experience/Education:

      ·         Bachelor’s Degree

      ·         Some experience working with potential clients/customers (i.e., sales, retail, or customer service).

      ·         1-2 years calling experience preferred

      ·         Customer-focused, results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills

      ·         Ambition to grow and build a career in sales
