Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR - Inside Sales)

Sigga is a fast-paced and growing global provider of SAP-certified mobile enterprise applications.  The Sigga Suite includes a Mobile EAM solution, Planning and Scheduling for Maintenance, Warehouse and Inventory Management, and EAM Business Analytics, for the execution of work in asset intensive industries such as chemicals, O&G, and heavy manufacturing among others.


Sigga is an international company with offices in the US, Brazil, Belgium, and China. We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative in its Sugar Land, TX office.

Essential Functions:
      • Manage leads and opportunities effectively based on existing sales process instructions.
      • Keep efficient tracking of all leads and opportunities as well as follow-up calls to ensure that priority items are touched quickly and regularly, and all accounts are kept up-to-date.
      • Effectively use HubSpot CRM to track activity, send emails, and manage opportunities.
      • Effectively partner with the company's sales executives to target high-value prospects and transition leads into new opportunities.
      • Provide effective feedback to management regarding both successful and unsuccessful leads, calls, and potential clients industries.
      • Cultivate leads into new opportunities through qualification and value proposition.
      • Create new opportunities through cold calling and account development as directed by management.
      • Be able to determine pain points of prospects and effectively present the value proposition via voice, email, during a demonstration of our solution over the web, or in person.
      • Work in coordination with Sales Account Executives to target high-value prospects.

      Education/ Skills/ Qualifications:
      • 3 + years of experience 
      • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
      • Customer-focused, results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills
      • Must have some prior over the phone sales experience
      • Must have an understanding of how to get through a Gatekeeper and able to build rapport over the phone quickly
      • Will be presenting and discussing rates over the phones; negotiation
