Job Summary
Sigga is on a journey envisioning to become The Benchmark solution provider for mobile digital transformation. Sigga is entering a new age, which has a new company and product strategy as the foundation for that.
As the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in the company evolution. You will lead not only the launch of the product but also the transition to a new era in Sigga history. Along with that, you will manage all current global marketing initiatives. You will work close to different regions, and review/improve what is on-going, as well as to prepare the transition to the new age.
Sigga expects the Marketing Director to be hands-on, think like an owner, and lead and inspire by example. Marketing initiatives need to be sales driven and fully support the company’s growth plan and strategy.
Essential Functions:
Overseeing the marketing department worldwide
Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan for the new company era while reviewing and improving what is in place.
Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts while communicating the marketing plan.
Researching demand for our products and services.
Competitor research.
Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Identifying potential customers and business partners.
Developing promotions with advertising managers.
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and significant events.
Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
Experience:
5+ years of experience managing marketing departments in the B2B market
3+ years of marketing leadership in companies that sell enterprise Cloud and SaaS solutions
