We are looking for someone to fill in a customer service position who can support us in the following areas:

  • E-ZPass NY Customer Service Center business rules and processes
  • Conduent Vector database query support with extensive knowledge of Vector database and the ability to efficiently extract data meeting customer requests
  • Diagnose/debug reconciliation issues between RTCS (roadside system) and the NYCSC with extensive knowledge of current Interface Control Document (ICD) and data flows between the systems
  • Assist with DMV agreements
  • Review SLA compliance based on familiarity with existing SLAs and update compliance documentation/reports
  • Assist with collection agency invoicing
  • Assist with tag purchases, projections, budgeting, and tag swap program
  • Report on weekly and monthly CSC call center activity/statistics
  • Analyze and provide guidance on various NYCSC reports and data as requested
