Summary:
Assist with administrative tasks related to the Executive Department and it’s Executive Officers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


·       Enter and maintain meeting data in database

·       Maintain meeting calendars

·       Send, receive and process travel forms

·       Monitor receipt of meeting financials

·       Receive and process department mail

·       Receive package deliveries and visitors

·       Receive, process, and respond to speaking invitations

·       Manage orders and restocking for Executive Dept

·       Manage transportation schedules

·       Send and review travel forms

·       Assist with email correspondence

·       Manage resource coordination

 

Qualifications

·       2+ years of experience in administration or comparable field

·       Strong computer skills – proficient in G-suite, Microsoft office and Dropbox

·       Strong administrative and organizational skills

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to work independently and solve problems

·       Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

·       Agile, able to change workflow and adapt to immediate needs and demands

·       High level of professionalism and confidentiality
