Sycamore Tree is a growing investment manager, and we are seeking to hire an energetic Office Coordinator that is looking to link arms with us as we continue to expand. We are looking for an Office Coordinator who is naturally proactive, someone who can handle tasks without being heavily supervised, while also understanding the importance of working as a collaborative team.

As Office Coordinator, you would support 4 senior members of the team and the Office Manager. This position is in our company headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

  • Provide administrative support to four senior members of the team

       o Maintain calendars and travel schedules, as well as coordinate meetings, conferences, events, and speaking engagements

       o Arrange professional travel and logistics, coordinating with accompanying team members

       o Execute expense reporting, reconciliation, and reimbursement

       o Manage contact lists and contact information

  • Support the Office Manager

       o Manage the guest services experience

       o Support the Office Manager in a variety of activities: invoice review and payment, expense management, office supplies monitoring              and ordering, property management, lunch service vendor management, etc.

       o Assist with event planning

  • Coordinate with the Executive Assistants regarding meetings and travel plans across departments / individuals

  • Special projects as needed


  • 4-year undergraduate degree plus at least 2 years of professional experience is a must unless there is at least 5 years’ experience in            office administration

  • Work experience in the finance or legal sectors is a plus

  • A moderate level of proficiency in Word and PowerPoint and a basic level of proficiency in Excel is a must
