Recon Infosec provides leading-edge Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Security Operations services. Our MDR business is booming and we are looking for an Account Executive to help us take it to the next level.
As an Account Executive at Recon you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating the value of our services. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and executing lead generation strategies, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Drive net-new MDR business to meet or exceed monthly quotas
Understand the client’s business needs and effectively communicate how our MDR solution can address those needs
Collaborate with internal team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies including brand awareness, lead generation, sales pipeline management and forecasting
Assist with and deliver deal pricing, order forms, and contracts
Leverage omni-channel lifecycle campaigns spanning all aspects of digital and real-world marketing with the primary objective of lead generation
Coordinate and participate in industry events
Leverage Recon social media including Linkedin and Twitter
Leverage Recon martech stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo) to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities
Drive key performance indicators for every aspect of client development including new contacts, Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Qualified Leads and Annual Recurring Revenue
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Managed Detection and Response sales preferably with mid/enterprise organizations
Experience with Managed Detection and Response client development and lead generation with demonstrated success in growing awareness, engagement and new business
Demonstrated success in meeting quota, growing recurring revenue, and driving supporting business metrics
Expertise in consultative, enterprise sales to Director, VP and C-level decision-makers
Must be a U.S. citizen and work in the United States
Occasional travel to customer locations and industry events
Desired Skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills with an ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Solid understanding of cybersecurity
Experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
Experience in high-growth, start-up environments
Work Location
