Executive Assistant

Recon InfoSec provides leading-edge Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Cyber Security Operations services.  Our presence in the MDR market and sales are growing.  We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help us take it to the next level.

 Responsibilities

  • Executive Support

    • Travel arrangements

    • Scheduling

    • Occasional proofreading / editing

  • Client Development 

    • Assist with developing, coordinating and maintaining marketing and sales processes in HubSpot 

    • Assist with Order Form creation

    • Assist with social media

    • Assist with client licensing renewals

  • Event Coordination

    • Coordinate industry events

    • Arrange sponsorship

  • Office Management

    • Coordinate deliveries and office mail

    • Track and order office supplies

    • Coordinate cleaning crew

  • HR

    • Assist with employee onboarding including ordering business cards, organizing and sending company swag, etc.

  • Accounting

    • Light accounting tasks

    • Bank deposits

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in executive support in a customer oriented environment with excellent references

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

  • Event planning and execution experience

  • Minimum degree required: High School Diploma

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • Must live near Austin, Texas

Desired Skills

Work Location

  • Hybrid / Remote, need to be in the office when business need dictates

  • Must be in the Austin, Texas area
