Recon Infosec provides leading-edge Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Security Operations services.  Our presence in the MDR market and sales are growing.  We are looking for a Director of Marketing to help us take it to the next level.

The primary focus of this position is ARR supporting lead generation with the opportunity to coordinate the complete process from awareness through contact, nurturing and qualification.

 Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop strategy, product management, and partnerships

  • Curate our branding, positioning and messaging

  • Effectively engage our target audiences

  • Lead omni-channel lifecycle campaigns spanning all aspects of digital and real-world marketing with the primary objective of lead generation

  • Own and integrate martech stack

  • Implement CRM architecture and supporting automations

  • Identify and track key performance indicators for every aspect of marketing and sales including lead scoring, MQL tracking, SQL tracking, and ARR.

  • Design, coordinate, and track all company marketing campaigns

  • Own all company websites including search engine optimization, analytics and performance tracking

  • Coordinate participation in industry events

  • Coordinate and track the performance of all company social media including Linkedin and Twitter

  • Design, test and expand successful paid search campaigns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client development and lead generation with demonstrated  success in growing awareness, engagement and contact in business-to-business, technology-based market

  • Experience in high-growth, start-up environments

  • Experience crafting compelling messaging

  • Hands-on experience running all aspects of digital marketing and advertising

  • Demonstrated success in establishing and driving ARR supporting business metrics

  • Event planning and execution experience

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and work in the United States
