Recon Infosec provides leading-edge Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Security Operations services.  Our presence in the MDR market and sales are growing.  We are looking for a Director of Marketing to help us take it to the next level.

Location: This is a remote role.

 

 Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop strategy, product management, and partnerships

  • Curate our branding, positioning and messaging

  • Effectively engage our target audiences

  • Lead all aspects of digital and real-world marketing with the primary objective of lead generation

  • Identify and track key performance indicators for every aspect of marketing and sales

  • Design, coordinate, and track all company marketing campaigns

  • Own all company websites including search engine optimization, analytics and performance tracking

  • Coordinate participation in industry events

  • Coordinate and track the performance of all company social media including Linkedin and Twitter

  • Design, test and expand successful paid search campaigns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in growing awareness, engagement and contact in business-to-business, technology-based market

  • Experience in high-growth, start-up environments

  • Experience crafting compelling messaging

  • Hands-on experience running all aspects of digital marketing and advertising

  • Demonstrated success in establishing and driving business metrics

  • Event planning and execution experience

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and work in the United States
