This role is responsible for supporting the Inbound team in based on the multinational program needs, US regulatory environment and US market conditions.  This position will liaise between foreign producing offices and N2G’s operations teams.  The core responsibilities are:

 

  • Ensure accurate and timely set up of accounts and opportunities in agency management system with a focus on 1st party lines (Property, Engineering/Builders Risk, Ocean Marine)
  • Monitor and distribute incoming requests from foreign offices and local US brokers
  • Gather required information to facilitate quoting, binding, issuing policies and endorsements
    • Process straightforward endorsements in the policy system or manual account system within level of authority
  • Gather required documents to maintain compliant account files
  • Distribute binders, invoices and policy documents as needed by line of business
  • Complete issuance and invoicing of endorsements within given level of authority
  • Validation of endorsement calculations as needed by line of business
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion and distribution of post-issuance policy transactions
  • Assist Inbound Specialists on individual account tasks as needed
  • Leverage strong organizational and relationship skills to coordinate between various parties, including foreign offices
  • Monitor, track and update internal partners regarding assigned topics
  • Conduct industry and regulatory research as assigned
  • Other projects as assigned

 

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • High School degree (College studies or bachelor degree are a plus)
  • Working Knowledge of
    • Commercial insurance concepts, coverages and rating methodologies
    • US insurance regulatory environment, including TRIA
    • Quotation, binding and policy issuance content and processes
    • Post-bind transaction content and processes
  • Strong accounting skills
  • Strong computer technical acumen with expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Self-motivated and independent but able to work as part of a geographically diverse team
  • Able to prioritize workload and coordinate integrated work responsibilities with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of independently tracking and completing multiple requests in a dynamic, international environment
  • Understanding of foreign language(s) is a plus
