This role is responsible for developing marketable rates and coverages for fronted US policies based on the multinational program needs, US regulatory environment and US market conditions.  This position will liaise between foreign producing offices, US brokers and N2G’s internal stakeholders with a focus on first party coverages such as Property, Inland Marine and Ocean Marine. 

The core responsibilities are:

  • Provide foreign offices with coverage and pricing options for commercial policies
  • Develop quotes and binders for fronted US policies as part of larger multinational programs
  • Independently manage inquiries regarding standard coverages, common endorsements and frequently used optional coverages
  • Independently manage inquiries for deregulation, TRIA applicability and common ISO/carrier rules
  • Proactively monitor the operational processes for assigned accounts
  • Ensure policy issuance compliance for assigned accounts
  • Manage post-bind policy transactions for assigned accounts
  • Leverage strong organizational and relationship skills to coordinate between various parties, including local brokers and foreign offices
  • Provide technical guidance for other associates
  • Monitor, track and update internal partners regarding assigned topics
  • Conduct industry and regulatory research as assigned
  • Other projects assigned

 

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • High School degree (College studies or bachelor’s degree are a plus)
  • Working Knowledge of
    • Commercial insurance concepts, coverages and rating methodologies for:
      • Property
      • Inland Marine
      • Ocean Marine
    • Admitted and non-admitted product applicability
    • US insurance regulatory environment, including TRIA
    • Quotation, binding and policy issuance content and processes
    • Post-bind transaction content and processes
  • Strong computer technical acumen with expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Self-motivated and independent but able to work as part of a geographically diverse team
  • Able to prioritize workload and coordinate integrated work responsibilities with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of independently tracking and completing multiple requests in a dynamic, international environment
  • Understanding of foreign language(s) is a plus

 

Please note the following: This is a Q1 2026 start date. This role is open to remote work. If your location is in commutable distance to N2G headquarters in Jersey City, NJ you will be considered a hybrid employee.

 

Position Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 depending on actual experience, skillset, and location.  In addition to base salary, full time N2G employees are also eligible for bonus potential.
