The ideal candidate for the Verification Specialist will be required to do the following duties, but not limited to:

  • Conduct phone interviews and internet-based research to complete and verify employment, education           and Professional License information as reported by Client applicants.
  • Organize assigned work to be completed in priority order, within an assigned time frame.
  • Communicate with individuals via telephone to complete assigned employment, education and reference        verification's.
  • Reconcile any discrepancies identified during the investigation.
  • Ensure client guidelines are followed.
  • Monitor pending work levels to ensure timely completion of Client background reports.
  • Maintain strict quality standards.
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The requirements to be considered for the Verification Specialist opportunity are listed below:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Typing skills…speed and accuracy are required. 35-45 wpm
  • Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment – able to navigate between dual computer                    screens. Microsoft Office Proficient.
  • Must display a helpful demeanor, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and demonstrate the            ability to be a contributing team member in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
