Job Description

PREMIER is seeking a focused Analyst I to join a team of dynamic Department of Treasury professionals supporting the Office of Quality and Engineering objectives.

The Analyst I will be responsible for updating and creating Quality Management System (QMS) documents and documents and data control.

The documents in the Quality Manual System includes procedures, work instruction, list of International Standards Organization (ISO) Records/Forms, External Documents lists, and high-level process flows were written in conformance to 2015 version of ISO 9001 standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       Develop tracking tool(s) to monitor progress of completion of the document updates.

·       Conduct meetings, workshops with BEP personnel and SMEs to determine the issues with the current documents and the specific updates needed.

·       Prepare updates, gather edits, and send out revisions for internal reviews.

·       Submit revisions on the Serena Business Manager (Teamtrack) application, after consensus has been reached with SMEs on readiness to proceed.

·       Track completion of the reviews on Serena.

·       Conduct meetings, workshops with BEP personnel and SMEs to create a process map or to use an existing map as a basis to outline the new document.

·       Prepare drafts for review, gather inputs and edits, and send out drafts for internal reviews.

·       Submit new documents on the Serena Business Manager (Teamtrack) application, after consensus has been reached with SMEs on readiness to proceed.

·       Track completion of the view on Serena.

Minimum Qualifications

·       Minimum/General Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience.

·       Education Requirements: BA/BS or related Business or relevant field.

·       Must know MS Office Suite of applications to include MS Word and MS Excel

·       Advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel are desired.

Additional Qualifications:

·       Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines through strong organizational skills.

·       Coordinate and monitor varied administrative projects simultaneously.

·       Control and track the processing of incoming documents, correspondence and action documents.

·       Communicate well with a diverse group of people and achieve goals as part of a team.
