Job Description

PREMIER is seeking a focused Senior Admin Team Leader to join a dynamic contract team of professionals supporting tactical day-to-day customer tasks and ongoing classroom, self-study, web based and blended learning training services activities and objectives.

PREMIER’s Senior Admin shall provide all resources necessary (personnel, equipment, and material) to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       The contractor shall provide continuous oversight and control in operating the PDC facility and classrooms, including a full range of IT services to support distance or blended learning.

·       The contractor staff member set up classrooms and turn on AV equipment, classroom computers, and podiums and ensure all classrooms are properly shut down

·       The contractor shall operate the PDC for onsite classes every day that the Federal Government is open for business. When the Government experiences a delayed opening, the entire contractor staff shall arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before the scheduled opening.

·       The contractor shall protect NRC property and facilities by using and abiding by all NRC security requirements such as closing and locking doors.

·       The contractor shall ensure that all equipment such as laptops, AV equipment, DVD players, video cameras and any other NRC equipment and hardware are in locked areas of the PDC at the end of every business day.

·       The contractor shall continuously maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all PDC equipment and furniture.

·       The contractor shall work with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to review and reconcile the NRC’s annual equipment inventory records.

·       The contractor shall ensure that all hardware and software in the PDC classrooms and PDC

·       computer labs are working properly.

·       Experience supporting a computer classroom or similar facility.

·       Experience assisting running of programs that support distance learning to include teleconference and meeting software.

·       Knowledge of records management, classroom scheduling, course scheduling and registration.

·       On a daily basis the contractor shall monitor the PDC facility to ensure that it is kept clean and orderly. Within the classrooms, the contractor shall wipe down the white boards, table tops, computer keyboards, and monitor screens when they have smudge marks or dirt on them.

 

Minimum Qualifications

·       Experience in managing and supporting a training facility, conference facility, or similar facility.

·       Experience in managing a team or a group, elevate appropriate items to the COR and make recommendations for process improvements.

·       Analytical ability and experience running reports using a variety of applications.

·       Preferred experience of at least one year supporting a computer classroom or similar facility

·       Minimum 4 years’ experience in administration leading projects with frequent competing deadlines.

·       Staff member personnel must possess proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Software.

·       The candidate shall have proficient writing skills and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

·       Contractor employees authorized to telework will be provided equipment for secure authenticated access. No other equipment is authorized for use when teleworking.

·       Contractor employees must employ appropriate safeguards and comply with any and all applicable corporate polices, specification/requirements, and procedures related to Personally Identifiable Information (PII), security, network, data, and communications.
