Coordinate with the Sr. IT Manager for implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems supporting operations. Administer all aspects of an enterprise server environment. Maintain network performance by building, configuring, and maintaining connections as well as troubleshooting network problems. Manage the maintenance of all servers, server applications, service packs and updates. Provide end user support via ticketing system, email and direct calls. 

Position Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of increasingly responsible information systems/technology analysis, network design, and administration experience.

• ·         Proficiency managing Active Directory; GPOs, OUs, and permissions, user accounts and access and DNS services.

• ·         Relevant Experience or Requirements: Strong knowledge of latest Windows Server OS’s as well as Exchange, and SharePoint

·         Proficiency managing Active Directory; GPOs, OUs, and permissions.

·         Perform system & application patching.

·         Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design and standards.

·         Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures.

·         Participate in the definition of standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics as directed.

·         Ability to install, test, and troubleshoot various client/server software.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to prioritize and schedule work assignments.
