Job Description:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for providing sales-related support to sales staff and implementing new processes to make the sales team more efficient. This role will manage daily activities of the operational sales support function and oversee workflow of key business processing including preparation of reports, dashboards and other statistical data to support the sales and marketing department.

 

Additionally, this role will lead the implementation of our CRM system, produce sales reports, forecasting, track offshore and cross-territory revenues, and help with POS and commissions reporting.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Architect and improve the CRM for scalability in function, accuracy and reporting needs
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing on CRM utilization and best practices
  • Design and build sales and pipeline metrics in CRM
  • Execute and manage CRM system; leverage CRM tools to enhance funnel management
  • Prepare and deliver data visualizations and dashboards based on sales performance
  • Support monthly, revenue forecast and yearly budget forecast; analyze ordering trends to manage quarterly supply forecasts
  • Monitor and work with the team to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
  • Provide support with territory alignment, account segmentation and account data integrity
  • Maintain regular check-ins with teams who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are managed
  • Support reporting and business intelligence needs of the Sales and Marketing teams

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Cloud for Customer system
  • Proven experience in sales demand forecasting and data analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in generating and interpreting sales related report
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
  • Outstanding communication skills in both written or via teleconference, and across cultures
  • Experience in Semiconductor Sales Operations is preferred

Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
