Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, the Strategic Partnerships KAM will curate new business opportunities by seeking and developing collaborations with other relevant brands in vital sectors like the arts, entertainment, and recreation and other iconic and culturally significant brands.

Main responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential partnerships in important sectors like education, art, and culture.
  • Develop high-level relationships to create new opportunities for corporate customers.
  • Sell a 360° service package, emphasizing selling propositions over products, bringing both revenue and enhancing brand image.
  • Seek new partnerships globally, using flexible business models across different channels for relevance and impact.
  • Leverage key relationships to create exclusive capsule collections, mainly sold through partner channels.
  • Interface with high-level external (C-Level and above) and internal stakeholders, including CEOs.
  • Build relationships with professionals in globally recognized organizations, catering to high decision-making profiles.
  • Manage customer meetings from lead to collaboration, navigating through complex business models.
  • Responsible for achieving corporate revenue and profitability goals, managing P&L and adapting business models.
  • Maintain internal relationships across departments, from product and design proposals to execution across different distribution channels.

What you bring

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Strategic Partnership Key Account Manager, with a proven track record of double-digit sales growth.
  • Experience in A-Brand Management and Marketing or licensing; ability to elevate the storytelling of the brand and the partnership business accordingly.
  • Knowledge of different sales channels (Retail, Ecomm, Wholesale) and business models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to create long term partnerships and manage relationships with C-Level up to CEO
  • Ability to manage different layers of a business model for successful partnerships across various channels.
  • Strong negotiation and conceptual selling skills.
  • Project Management capability, acting in synergy with different internal department (R&D, Operations, Finance, logistic etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Salesforce CRM
  • Experience and network of connections in Educational, Arts & Culture and/or Top brands a plus
