Job Summary 


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our building and facilities. A successful candidate will be able to work independently and take initiative. We are targeting someone with a positive attitude and great energy to join our tight knit team. Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the building and facilities, including building maintenance, security, and janitorial services.

  • Develop and implement procedures for the efficient and effective operation of the building.

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to building operations and safety.

  • Maintain clear budgets for building operations and maintenance.

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all building operations activities.

  • Develop and implement emergency response procedures for building emergencies.

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building and surrounding grounds.

  • Coordinate with other departments to address their building-related needs and concerns.




Qualifications/Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in building operations.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.

  • Experience developing procedures for building operations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to building operations and safety.

  • Experience working with contractors and vendors.

  • Able to provide proof of a valid Driver's License.
