Job Summary 

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to be part of a dynamic and fun organization and to grow with it in role, responsibility and opportunity! We’ve just built a new office and are looking for someone to help run it smoothly. A successful candidate must have a great attitude, fun personality and possess excellent organizational skills. 


Key Responsibilities


-Welcoming visitors to the office.

-Scheduling meetings, sending meeting invites to attendees and reminding attendees of upcoming events.

-Providing daily itineraries to management as required.

-Attending meetings as required, taking meeting minutes and distributing to the appropriate parties.

-Ensuring the office runs smoothly including ordering supplies, refreshments etc. and making sure they’re well stocked.

-Research solutions to specific office needs and present them in an organized manner.

-Running occasional errands when necessary.

-Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.

 


Job Qualifications/Requirements

-A great attitude with an excitement for work and life.

-Strong organizational skills.

-Ability to work independently and take initiative.

-Strong research skills.

-Excellent communication skills with an ability to present information clearly.

-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in daily operations.

-Must be very computer literate and have a strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office, and Slack.

-Knowledge of Airtable is a plus.

-Able to provide proof of a valid Driver's License.
