About the Job:

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and supporting brand campaigns through paid social channels. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and execute new customer campaigns through Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, and potential new channels as they present themselves.

  • Collaborate to successfully build funnels for new customers - in efforts to drive them into repeat and loyal fans.

  • Develop a paid social process for campaign creation, management, optimization, and reporting.

  • Discover platforms, apps, and tools that can help find new customers, improve performance, and generate ongoing revenue.

  • Provide weekly recaps on paid social channel performance.

  • Understand and execute white listing with top notch influencers and partners.

  • Build a strong creative library of assets that are optimized to drive paid social performance.

  • Participate in the creative development process for paid social eg. writing briefs, guiding creation, coordinating a consistent feedback loop of creative insights to the broader team.

  • Find new ways to reach customers through sophisticated targeting and creative executions.

  • Identify and evaluate emerging paid social channels to scale into


    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of paid social experience, preferably working with a top notch DTC brand who relies heavily on paid social as new customer channel

    • Entrepreneurial & proactive spirit

    • Understands a new approach to branding - not cookie cutter creatives and solutions

    • Resilient attitude

    • Determined by finding solutions 

    • Strategic, tactical, creative, and motivated, with strong attention to detail
