About the Job:

The Community Coordinator will be responsible for responding to public and private messages across all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Snap, and Facebook. This role will track and catalogue community tags, UGC and noteworthy mentions weekly. In addition, the Community Coordinator will work closely with the customer experience team to ensure inquiries are responded in a timely manner and escalate issues of priority to leadership as needed. This person will spend a large portion of their time in social media to identify conversations and posts Liquid Death should be a part of and execute the process of gifting product to micro-influencers as needed. This position will report directly to the Community Manager and is a fully remote position. 


  • Respond to public and private messages across a variety of social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Snap, and Facebook.

  • Track and catalogue, community tags, killer UGC and noteworthy mentions weekly.

  • Work closely alongside the Liquid Death customer experience team to ensure all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner, escalating issues to leadership as needed. 

  • Live in social media and identify conversations and posts Liquid Death should be a part of. 

  • Execute gifting of influencers and micro-influences as well as customer delights as needed. 

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS 

  • 2-3+ years of experience in customer service, social media marketing, or community management.
  • Experience in customer facing line of work or service industry a plus

  • Strong working knowledge in all social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snap, TikTok, and Youtube. Reddit and Triller are a plus. 

  • Familiarity and understanding of social media analytics tools like Sprout Social, GRIN influencer tracking, and native analytics tools.

  • Understanding of the general influencer and celebrity landscape to identify who to escalate to senior management for relationship building

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to solve problems in real time with help from internal partners

  • Can work gracefully under pressure in an extremely high growth environment

  • Not afraid to roll up sleeves and get their hands dirty when viral moments take place

  • Appetite for all things digital and social, up to date on the latest platforms and technologies.

  • Must have a passion for pop culture with a focus on music, art, and comedy.
