About the Job:
As Ecommerce Growth Manager you will be responsible for the brand’s direct to consumer success by creating a growth strategy for the brand across all platforms including website, Amazon, and any future digital channels. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and third party agencies to develop a tactical plan to ensure the business grows, retains, and creates loyalty within our hardcore fans. You will also be in close communication with senior management sharing results and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Daily oversight & management of paid media channels, including search, social, Amazon, mobile gaming, and new test channels
- Develop website testing framework to improve conversion rates
- Monitor website performance, including e-commerce activity, and overall site healthPlan and execute media campaigns across paid social, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others
- Build a strategic DTC growth playbook across all channels
- Ongoing management of email/SMS calendar and growth
- Daily management over acquisition, retention, loyalty campaigns across organization
- Forecast and report financial results weekly/monthly to identify growth opportunities
- Daily analytics oversight into website performance through platforms like Google Analytics, Glew, Shopify, and other partners
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in paid social, search (organic & paid), conversion rate optimization, Amazon Seller Central (including paid advertising)
- 2-3 years of Shopify experience
- Experience using Excel and analytics software (ex: Google Analytics, Shopify, Glew, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience using email & SMS platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, Retention Science, etc.
Preferred:
- Startup experience
- CPG or relevant industry experience
