About the Job:

The Producer will be responsible for working with all agencies and production partners to execute production shoots from concept to final delivery. This person will produce internal video and photography projects in a fast paced and sometimes scrappy environment. This role will handle all budgets to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time. In addition, the Producer will manage the workflow of all merchandising photography plus work cross functionally across creative, marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising teams to execute all video and photography shoots. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing and is located in Los Angeles, CA. 


  • Work with agency and/or production partners to see video production shoots to fruition from concept phase through final delivery.

  • Produce internal video and photography projects from start to finish in a sometimes scrappy environment with a “can do” attitude.

  • Manage workflow of merch photography.

  • Manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time.

  • Work as a connective tissue for the company, helping to connect creative, marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising teams.

Education & Experience:

  • 6-8 years in video production

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • First-hand experience of how to stay scrappy with small budgets.

  • An almost annoying attention to detail.

  • Fantastic organization and time management skills.

  • Great financial and negotiating abilities.

  • A wide network of collaborators and production resources to draw from.

  • First and foremost, a creative at heart, like everyone at Liquid Death.


  • CPG or relevant industry experience

  • Start up experience

Physical Demands:

  • May be required to help move product or other necessary production items around to various locations.

  • Must attend video shoots in person (most often in LA).

  • May be required to work long shoot days.
