About the Job:
The Senior Manager of Shopper Marketing will be responsible for creating the in-store retail marketing program across the U.S. while identifying resources necessary for execution. This position will work closely with sales, business development, and business insights teams to create and manage in-store promotional calendars across all key retailers. This role will also be responsible for POS management across all retail and on-premise locations. Additionally, this person will also manage shopper media budget and planning alongside strategizing and execution in shopping apps (i.e. GoPuff, Instacart). This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing and is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Create strategy to establish an in-store retail marketing program across the U.S. and identify resources necessary for execution
Create and manage in-store promotional calendars across all retailers in partnership with sales, business development, and business insights teams
Manage POS across all retail and on-premise locations
Manage shopper media budget and planning
Manage, strategize and execute all shopping apps (i.e. GoPuff, Instacart)
Education & Experience:
BA/BS or Masters degree
- 4-7+ years of experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, and on-premise marketing preferably within the beverage industry.
Evidence of success in developing and growing a brands retail presence
Ability to manage brand standards across a variety of retail and on-premise partners
Experience with consumer insights and shopper insights and ability to translate insights to action in store.
Experience in project managing multiple accounts and retail programs at once
Ability to interface directly with retail partners across the board
Experience partnering with retailers and suppliers to build and execute co-branded programs
Track record of effectively managing an awareness focused media budget
Proven success on digital with shopping apps and on-demand delivery partners
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
Familiarity with a wide range of research and intelligence sources
Ability to solve problems in real time with a variety of internal and external partners
Can work gracefully under pressure in an extremely high growth environment
Calendar management and organizational planning skills
Preferred:
