Patent Litigation Associate at a leading IP litigation boutique.  Our practice focuses on nationwide patent and trade secret litigation, with a balanced mix of plaintiff's and defense side clients.  

The applicant must be licensed to practice law in Texas and admitted to practice before the USPTO.  Technical degree or significant technology work experience is required.  1-4 years of litigation experience required.

We are looking for a lawyer with the following traits:

•     Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
•     Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
•     A self-starter who can multitask in an entrepreneurial environment

Compensation: DOE.
