Associate at a leading IP litigation boutique.  Our practice focuses on nationwide patent and trade secret litigation, with a balanced mix of plaintiff's and defense side clients.  

The applicant must be licensed to practice law in Texas.  Technical degree/patent-bar eligibility or significant technology work experience is preferred.  0-4 years of litigation experience preferred.

We are looking for a lawyer with the following traits:
•Excellent legal research and writing skills
•Highly motivated, detail oriented, and well organized
•Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
•A self-starter who can multitask in a small firm environment

Compensation: DOE.
