WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


As a part of the 6AM City Marketing Team, you’ll bring your expertise, ingenuity, and creativity to our newly formed eCommerce Division. This role will support multiple teams within 6AM City by implementing and monitoring various merchandising, product development, marketing, and customer experience strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a positive, service-oriented approach to the team, and will be an innovative self-starter that gets stuff done and has previous eCommerce experience.

  • Support the management of products, collections, and experience across the 6AM Shopify eCommerce platform throughout the product life cycle including setup, merchandising, monitoring, optimization, maintenance, and retirement.

  • Support product content management for eCommerce marketing campaigns

  • Support and maintain product data within Shopify Inventory Management software, including upkeep of digital catalogs, imagery, enhanced content, and insights reports.

  • Facilitates photography needs of products when necessary and maintains product image gallery.

  • Analyze product trends and assess initiatives to increase traffic and sales.

  • Support the launch of new products.

  • Monitor search refinement results to ensure correct attributes are being passed in catalog feed. Maintain category attribution and ensure consistency across all products and categories.

  • Manage the informational fields for each product, including writing product descriptions, identifying product filter attributes, and working with the eCommerce Marketing Specialist to develop key internal search keywords to better improve the customer experience on the website. 

  • Assist key stakeholders with other special projects where needed.

  • Live and breathe the 6AM City brand.

We are looking for team members with a track record of success in the e-commerce space.


  • 1+ year of eCommerce experience, preferably with Shopify

  • Individual with a passion for learning, who shares 6AM City’s core values, including positivity, teamwork, and scrappiness

  • Highly motivated self-starter and responsible with proven assistance and follow-through ability

  • Take responsibility for quality of work in terms of accuracy and content

  • Ability to organize and prioritize, managing multiple projects with high attention to detail

  • Excellent communicator with strong oral, written, and presentation skills

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability and willingness to take direction and input from multiple people

  • Ability to meet deadlines and a desire to beat them

  • Ability to adapt/learn new skills as the market changes

  • Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace and Shopify

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Printful, Yotpo, and Analytics platforms is beneficial

  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to work from 6AM City Headquarters, Mon-Fri between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
