ROLE: Lead Facilities & Projects Director

JOB TYPE: Full Time (Exempt)



Overview: Axiom Space is an emerging leader in human spaceflight and on-orbit research & manufacturing services. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following):

  • Assess and assimilate the systems technical needs and other institutional needs for facilities (including but not limited to testing, mockup, evaluation, prototyping, certification, cleanliness, etc.). Procures and leads the development of specialized facility equipment, outfitting, and general requirements
  • Coordinates with executive leadership on construction planning and outfitting of both interim and long-term infrastructure and development projects
  • Provides managerial supports related to facilities and other infrastructure or programmatic needs toward fulfillment of existing and future solicitations and awarded contracts
  • 10+ years senior management experience required
