Seal Shield Territory Manager (International)

Seal Shield is searching for a Territory Manager for the International Sales Division.  Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer Scott Filion, this position will reside in the US and focus on growing the existing Seal Shield International business outside of North America. Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation outside of the United States.

Job purpose:

To grow the Seal Shield brand and products in the Health Systems across the globe.  Your top focuses will be to establish distribution channels in each prospective country.  Create End-User demand by launching and selling the new Seal Shield cutting edge technologies; ElectroClave™, Custom Screen Protection Products and core washable electronics. 

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • End-User Demand Generation for ElectroClave™ Platform
    • Present EC & SS Capabilities to C Level Management at Health Systems, resellers and distributors
    • Work closely w/Sales Engineering Team
    • Work our Channel Team for Partner Engagement Leads
    • Network and foster relationships with Tier 1, 2, 3 and 4 customers to increase mindshare and revenue opportunities.
  • End-User Demand Generation for our Custom Screen Protector Line of Products
  • International travel to establish and grow new relationships
    • Medica each November
    • Arab Health each Feb
  • Prospect and Foster Opportunities for Seal Shield’s core product offerings
    • Work like-minded Vendor Partnerships for Cooperative Projects
  • Support Seal Shield Corporate Marketing Initiatives
  • Responsible for overall revenue and profit for a defined territory


Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively profile, develop and implement a penetration plan for the targeted Health Systems across the globe
  • Ability to implement the company’s Strategic Plan and Direction
  • Healthcare, Government, IT Distribution, Sales Experience of 5+ years
  • Active listening – Liaison between Engineering and End Customer
  • Ability to be an individual contributor supporting team goals
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong phone presence and experience answering and dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Strategic thinking
  • NetSuite experience is a bonus


Working conditions:

The position will require extensive travel due to our virtual model and global reach.  We typically expect you to plan your travel with quarterly visits into geographically central locations. You would be equipped to work virtually from anywhere in your territory.

Physical requirements:

 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and comprehend. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and can regularly lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift 50 lbs. (i.e. trade show booth setup).
