Overview

Caspar.AI enables senior communities to provide safe, healthy, and engaged living experiences to their senior residents.  Our technology solution helps senior community operators increase staff efficiency while increasing overall safety and quality of service offered to the residents.   

 

As part of Caspar Sales Operations, we are seeking a Project Manager who will provide overall coordination and supervision of all activities involved in the deployment of Caspar.AI technology solution at a senior community.  The Project Manager position is responsible for the deployment planning, tracking, identifying gaps, reporting/communication, and ensuring successful execution of key projects across. As a Project Manager, you will work with internal teams in sales, physical installation, engineering, devops, and customer success. You will also interface with external vendors to assure timely procurement of necessary components and with customer teams to coordinate overall installation and deployment.

Responsibilities  

  • Develop project scopes and objectives for Caspar.AI solution deployment at customer site involving all relevant stakeholders.  

  • Develop a detailed project plan to drive and track progress

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

  • Provide continuous communication between other Sales team, Installation teams, engineering/devops teams, and Senior Leadership to ensure full visibility and provide a clear escalation path when necessary.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans and/or escalations to leadership for timely manner resolution. 

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Assist in the development and extension of the Sales Operations PMO methodology.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 5-10 years experience of working in customer premises implementation in an interdisciplinary environment (hardware, software, network) 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with varied stakeholders, including but not limited to Sales Operations, IT, Field Enablement, Back Office Operations, and Marketing and Business Unit product teams.

  • Ability to master complex projects and understand business priorities to ensure consistent project execution and measurement.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Brings a sense of urgency to their work and ability to influence others to deliver on time with exceptional results.

  • Must be a self-starter with high attention to detail, able to work on assigned tasks independently, and comfortable with identifying and initiating discussions about opportunities for process improvement.

  • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, demanding, and fluid environment and maintain a can-do attitude.

  • Ability to multi-task to meet multiple short-term, business-critical deadlines.

  • Strong negotiation and project team-building skills

  • Experience working with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
