Overview

Caspar.AI enables senior communities to provide safe, healthy and engaged living experiences to their senior residents.  Our technology solution helps operators to increase staff efficiency while increasing overall safety and quality of service offered to the residents.   

Director for senior living is responsible for leading our senior living community efforts, customer engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities

1. Build relationships with senior living operators and acquire new clients

2. Help increase Sales and Marketing – to help our customer senior communities exceed occupancy and revenue targets. 

3. Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and retention for client properties.

4. Give input to the product team on resident and staff needs . 

Qualifications

1. Minimum 7+ years experience of working in senior living and aging industry

2. Preference of working in senior independent and assisted living facilities

3. Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Gerontology or other related disciplines.

4. Preferred prior sales or management experience 

5. Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, as well as Microsoft Office and Powerpoint
