MultiVersity Housing Partners is looking for a luxury housekeeper/porter to join its growing team. This is an area position servicing Pittsburgh’s Southside, Lawrenceville, and Downtown/Fifth Ave areas. Responsibilities:
- Maintains trash compactor rooms in the basement and all trash rooms in the building.
- Helps clean and maintain storage and shop areas.
- Maintains interior amenity spaces, common areas and curb appeal for the building.
- Performs light maintenance duties in building and apartments including painting, power washing, and other tasks.
- Cleans vacant apartment units.
Qualifications:
- Must be available to be onsite M-F and available to travel between the South Side, Lawrenceville, and Downtown/Fifth Ave areas of Pittsburgh. Multiple locations each week.
- Must be able to follow instructions with property manager and Maintenance Supervisor of the buildings.
- The ability to lift at least 40 pounds or more.
