THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION (MUST LIVE IN AND BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE USA OR CANADA)
PGP is looking for a full-time Digital Communications Coordinator for a temporary assignment through June 2025, with the possibility of extension. This role will schedule content, collaborate on content creation, contribute to community engagement, traffic campaign deliverables, and assist with overall execution of campaigns. They will support PGP’s Digital Communications team across a range of channels, communities, and health topics.
We’re looking for someone with at least one year of professional experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who’s passionate about social media and ready to roll up their sleeves to help make communities healthier. This position will report to the Associate Director of Digital Strategy.
This position will support projects that are contracted through June 2025. This is a full-time, non-exempt, fully remote position that is eligible for benefits. Candidates must have the ability to work from their own home office with their own computer.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:

Support ongoing social media content scheduling and community management across multiple campaigns and channels

Support Social Media Managers with platform communication to ensure timely community management for global campaigns

Observe and share trends in how different communities engage with each other online to inspire content and update community management guidelines

Contribute to social media content ideation and development by offering creative content ideas based on channel trends, best practices and seasonal timeliness.

Create and submit copy requests for paid and organic campaigns, including message banks and rapid response community needs to ensure the Paid and Organic Social Media teams have all needed materials to be successful.

Partner with the Editorial and Product teams to support content production, tagging, and asset organization

Assist with UTM management across organic and paid channels

Support analysts with sharing topline performance metrics to help inform ongoing strategy

Maintain documentation of campaign activity for individual programs

Coordinate trafficking of assets to internal and external partners

Assist with email and SMS campaigns

Stay informed of and help share digital and social media trends.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bilingual fluency required (Spanish/English preferred)
-
1+ years of experience in a digital marketing or social media management role including:

Experience with Sprout Social, MeltWater or similar social media scheduling tool

Experience with Monday.com, Notion, Asana or similar project management software

Experience with working across multiple teams to help ensure timely and effective execution of deliverables

Familiarity with the following channels:

Meta Business Manager, Google, YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok
