PGP (The Public Good Projects) is seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator. This position is a great entry point into influencer marketing and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a great communicator, and likes to execute systems and processes. This role is a critical component of our behavior change campaigns, responsible for sourcing and engaging social media influencers, and curating content to support key campaign objectives. This position will report to an Influencer Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:
Identifying the most relevant influencers based on audience fit, size and approach
Building relationships with influencers, who we view as partners in this work, to bring high-quality content to target audiences, as specified per client/campaign
Engaging and coordinating with influencers in a patient, friendly, and timely manner
Streamlining influencer acquisition and client approval processes
Ensure quality content (branding and messaging) is delivered on time and follows brand and social media guidelines for consistency across all channels including digital and traditional media, programmatic media and supplemental marketing activities and activations
Work with account managers to ensure the success of each behavior change campaign aligned with client expectations and based on research insights
Assist with our campaign development, logistics, and implementation in collaboration with our internal team and external partners
Provide weekly and monthly metrics reports highlighting campaign performance
Keep tabs on news and trending conversations, pop culture, hashtags and help brainstorm ways that PGP can be part of the conversation on social media
Collaborate with other internal departments to help provide support for other digital marketing and website efforts
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
One year work or intern experience in marketing, administration, communications, or related field or a Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
Preferred digital or influencer marketing experience (agency experience a plus!)
A native user of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
Preferred experience with third-party digital marketing and analytics platforms and tools
Detail oriented and highly organized with a proven track record of supporting multiple projects concurrently with tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to create and execute innovative ideas and processes
Strong marketing instincts, and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well and collaborate with a team
