THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION 

This is a full-time, temporary position from September through December 2021, with the possibility to be extended. This position is benefits-eligible for candidates eligible to work in the United States or Canada. Candidates from outside of the United States or Canada are welcome to apply; the position will then be classified as an independent contractor.


PGP (The Public Good Projects) is seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support a global health communications campaign for a high-profile client. The initiative is focused within five countries through December 2021, with the possibility of extension in 2022. This role will be critical to effectively support the department work in large-scale, international, innovative influencer marketing campaigns.  This position is ideal for someone who loves social media and online community building, is highly organized, a great communicator, and likes to execute systems and processes.  This position will report to an Influencer Marketing Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:   

  • Identifying the most relevant influencers based on audience fit, size and approach

  • Building relationships with influencers, who we view as partners in this work, to bring high-quality content to target audiences, as specified per client/campaign

  • Engaging and coordinating with influencers in a patient, friendly, and timely manner

  • Ensure quality content (branding and messaging) is delivered on time and follows brand and social media guidelines for consistency across all channels including digital and traditional media, programmatic media and supplemental marketing activities and activations 

  • Support monitoring and management of related community engagement channels for this global campaign, especially email and social media 

  • Assist Influencer Marketing Manager with campaign development, logistics, and implementation in collaboration with our internal team and external partners

  • Support collection of weekly and monthly campaign performance metrics 

  • Keep tabs on news and trending conversations, pop culture, hashtags within specific cultures and communities and help brainstorm ways that PGP can be part of the conversation on social media


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • English fluency required; French proficiency also required lead localized influencer outreach 

  • Must have availability to meet with PGP staff daily during EST business hours; otherwise, schedule is flexible.

  • Preferred digital or influencer marketing experience (agency experience a plus!)

  • A native user of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.

  • Preferred experience with third-party digital/influencer marketing platforms (e.g. Grin, Socialix, Upfluence, etc.) and/or other analytics tools

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proven track record of supporting multiple projects concurrently with tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong marketing instincts, and written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well and collaborate with a team
