Marketing Coordinator Job Description

At Vitalyc, much of our success can be attributed to the strength of our marketing division. To build on the momentum, we’re searching for a qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with developing new initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in various marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.  The ideal candidate should have a professional demeanor, be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Microsoft Office products, and be able to learn new technologies quickly.  This is a full-time, in-office position – not remote or hybrid.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       Independently supervise projects and drive execution of marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention.

·       Assist marketing director in marketing analysis of activities that gauge ROI and identify ways to increase revenue growth.

·       Monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions with existing leads, customers, and brand-new audiences.

·       Oversee project plans from concept to execution - timelines, schedules, budgets, billing, asset tracking, and performance metrics.

·       Lead post-project review process and provide key findings to improve processes for future campaign work.

·       Assist with marketing programs and projects, including landing pages, emails, newsletters, and other marketing collateral. 

·       Manage brand partnerships, sponsored events, and brand contracts to support the continuity of messaging and brand development.

·       Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice.

·       Assist with developing and managing engagement and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.

·       Evaluate and monitor campaign performance continuously by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.

·       Coordinate and oversee brand ambassador, influencer, sponsorship, collaboration, and affiliate marketing programs.

·       Compile market research, KPIs, reports, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.

·       Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables companywide, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.

·       Support the day-to-day tasks of the department, which may include administrative duties to support the overall company objectives.

·       Maintains all marketing-related files, including proposals, materials, images, project data sheets, and presentations.

·       Perform other marketing administrative duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

·       Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience 

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

·       Excellent communications skills

·       Proficient in MS Office, Canva, InDesign, and other marketing applications
