We are currently looking for a licensed medical aesthetician/laser technician to join our team of dynamic and enthusiastic professionals at our Houston location. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in engaging with clients, educating them about services and products, and providing customized treatments that meet their skincare needs and expectations. WHAT YOU NEED

·       · Current license in Aesthetics by the Texas Board of Cosmetology

·       · Four years minimum work experience as an aesthetician in a dermatology or plastic surgery office or medical spa required

·       · Proven skills as aesthetician providing customized treatments such as HydraFacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, IPL, micro-needling and body contouring treatments such as Coolsculpting, Emsculpt, and Emtone preferred

·       · Proven track record of increase product sales through educating clients and recommending skin care products tailored to their specific needs and skincare goals

·       · Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and critical thinking skills

·       · Time management skills; the ability to be a detail-oriented team player

·       · Ability to perform comprehensive skin care consultations and create treatment plans for clients

·       · Experience with developing client relationships and building rapport with client base

·       · Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills

·       · Ability to promote services and upgrades to clients

·       · Positive attitude and demeanor when engaging with clients, fellow employees, and leadership

·       · The ability to establish trust with clients and ensure that they feel welcome when they arrive for their treatments

·       · Compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
