At Vitalyc Medspa we know that the key to growth is in a high performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Business Development Representative (BDR), to identify potential clients who will benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospective clients, a Vitalyc BDR will have a strong understanding of the sales process, experience researching leads, creating new relationships, and meeting sales goals. 

A successful BDR at Vitalyc has excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging but fun work environment.



·       Identify, qualify, nurture, and follow up on leads via inbound channels, cold calling, and email outreach

·       Leverage HubSpot for lead and pipeline management, and sales forecasting

·       Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

·       Reach and exceed key performance indicators including response time, calls completed, and qualified leads 

·       Assist in optimizing our current sales approach

·       Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales teams that will help improve lead generation programs

·       Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation, build an effective pipeline, and schedule meetings

·       Extensive use of CRM to maintain accurate activity and account information of all customers and prospects

·       Market products and services via telephone, email, and other digital channels

·       Cold-calling prospective clients to gauge interest level

·       Support Director of Sales Operations and assist with other administrative sales operations projects as assigned

·       Assists leadership with the development and implementation of sales plans, market opportunities, reporting and special projects



·       Bachelor’s degree preferred

·       Minimum 1 year of of experience working in sales, marketing or related field

·       Proven sales ability

·       Must be able to work weekends. (Hours are flexible)

·       Able to lift up to 20 pounds
