Job Overview: The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate office team and customers. Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately

· Provides basic IT Support company wide, this includes, but is not limited to new employee device ordering, company device management via MDM, manages companywide employee issued device list, set up and day to day IT support/troubleshooting and resolution

· Manage companywide credentials for a variety of web-based applications and be the SME or “GO-TO” in wide variety of web-based applications company wide

· Receives and manages Facilities /Maintenance requests company wide

· Manage/Stock office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

· Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls

· Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail

· Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure

· Support corporate teams as needed.

· Identify opportunities for process and office management/SOP improvements, and design and implement new systems

· Project manage task at the discretion of management

· Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

· 3+ years of relevant experience in an office admirative position

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field Other Skills:

· Excellent communication skills

· Positive and friendly attitude

· Self-motivated and ability to work proactively on daily tasks

· Ability to work independently

· Excellent organization and time-management skills

· Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

· Technology savvy
