RECEPTIONIST

As the first point of contact for clients, Vitalyc’s receptionists are friendly, outgoing and dedicated to the HIGHEST level of customer service. They always greet clients with a smile and ensure the front desk operations flow seamlessly. 

A day in the life of a Vitalyc Receptionist includes scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and service inquiries, greeting clients, and working with the Vitalyc team to provide exceptional client experiences, just to name a few.

A successful Receptionist at Vitalyc Medspa is self-motivated and eager to assist. Great customer service skills are a MUST for this position, as well as attention to detail and a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve store goals.

WHAT YOU NEED 

·       High school diploma or GED

·       Medical office training preferred

·       Minimum 1 year of clerical/receptionist experience

·       Proficiency using Zenoti and Patient Now preferred

·       Ability to work one evening per week and every other Saturday

·       Basic computer proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite

·       Able to lift up to 20 pounds

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Excellent organization skills
