Led by a team of experts within the healthcare & the aesthetics space, Vitalyc is currently looking for a Inside Sales/Patient Care Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service while contacting, selling, and creating relationships with our customers.  Our therapy modalities combine the latest in minimally and non-invasive aesthetic services with an emphasis on excellence, in both quality service and experience. JOB SUMMARY 

The role of the Inside Sales/Patient Care Coordinator is to provide exceptional customer service while contacting, selling, and creating and maintaining good relationships with clients. This position offers uncapped bonus potential, paid holidays, medical benefits, and ongoing sales training and mentoring. This is an inside sales position with no cold calling required. As a Vitalyc sales coordinator, you have the opportunity to work with an exceptional team of driven professionals in an industry-leading aesthetics company.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1.     Contact and follow up with new clients and existing clients on a daily basis, this is an inside sales only position, no cold-calling required

2.     Develop strong client relationships through effective phone and face-to-face interaction

3.     Meet and exceed personal and daily company sales metrics by having efficient work habits, a self-motivated mindset, and effectively utilizing company provided tools and tactics

4.     Provide clients with an exceptional client experience by developing lasting and positive relationships, following up in a timely manner, educating clients on and recommending relevant products and services 

5.     Completing administrative tasks required to process sales and maintain an effective work flow enviroment

6.     Work collaboratively and communicate with staff and location director to achieve team goals

7.     Maintain a positive attitude and bring energy & enthusiasm to the center

8.     Other special projects or tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


1.     2 or 4 year college degree or relevant work experience

2.     Prior sales experience within Medical Spa is strongly preferred with a demonstrated history of success

3.     Prior experience working in Patient Now

4.     My Med Leads proficient

5.     Previous phone sales experience is a plus

6.     The position requires that you are able and willing to work one Saturday and/or Sunday every week

7.     Willingness to work with all types of clients and provide solutions to overcome objections

8.     Ability to take direction and constructive criticism

9.     Effectively implement sales techniques and strategies

10.  The typical work hours are five days a week, current hours of operation: Monday –Sunday 9 am to 7 PM.

Basic computer proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite -proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel


TRAVEL 

This position is primarily located in the assigned office. Some travel within region may be required on accession. 


PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or                  stand as necessary. 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel and push/pull up 20lbs


WORK ENVIRONMENT 

This position requires work in a fast-paced medical office environment.

This position routinely uses standard office equipment. Exposure to chemicals, disinfectants and latex.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
