Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

In addition to: One evening each week and every other Saturday.

Job Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Requirements

Job Summary


The role of Nurse Practitioner And/or Physician Assistant is best suited for highly motivated, results-driven individuals that possess a passion for medical aesthetics. Candidates must have substantial medical aesthetics experience including all, or some, of the following modalities: Neurotoxins, Fillers, CoolSculpting, Sciton Joule with Halo technology, Morpheus8/Forma Radio Frequency, Laser Hair Removal, Emsculpt, and standard aesthetics services like facials and other non- or minimally invasive services. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties 

1.      Provide comprehensive clinical leadership for all aesthetic modalities

2.      Perform clinical consultations to create long term treatment plans

3.      Develop and expand clinical protocols to ensure clinical efficacy and safety

4.      Ensure compliance with all state laws and regulations regarding clinical competency, safety, infection control and privacy

5.      Maintain accurate documentation

6.      Handle clinical adverse reactions and outcomes

7.      Monitor and manage clinical inventory

8.      Attend in-house training and outside continued education, as needed or requested

9.      Stay up to date on advanced techniques and treatment protocols

10.   Adhere to all policies and procedures while supporting a culture of high quality and excellent guest service

11.   Participate in promotional events, on- and off-site

12.   Develop staff through strong leadership and ongoing training

 

Job Qualifications

 

1.      Current and Valid PA or NP License issued by the State of Texas

2.      3+ years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine/Plastic Surgery/Dermatology

3.      Must maintain Continuing Medical Education and remain up to date with all Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

4.      Strong knowledge of current techniques, advancements, and trends in the field of Medical Aesthetics

5.      Flexible scheduled, including nights/weekends, on call schedule 

6. Proficiency in Zenoti 

Required Skills:

 

1.      Strong procedural, technical, and anatomical competency of medical aesthetic treatments

2.      Strong consultation and sales experience

3.      Must possess strong leadership and mentoring skills

4.      Possess a professional, personable, caring, and motivating personality that builds strong client-provider relationships.

5.      Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

6.      Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth

7.      Act as a liaison between the practice and the Medical Director/Clinical Director to ensure consistent adherence to clinical standards with all treatment protocols

8.      Ability to offer additional treatment services and memberships that compliment and benefit the guests needs to enhance their desired results.

9.      Must possess basic phlebotomy skills to assist in blood draws.

10.   Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Work Environment

Travel

This position requires minimal travel within the Region.
