- Consistently exceed monthly revenue goals set by the Leadership Team.
- Monitor key store performance metrics, such as revenue, re-booking rates, average revenue per visit, payroll-to-revenue ratio, and client growth.
- Lead by example and foster a high-performing team through training, mentorship, and skills development.
- Inspire exceptional client service that cultivates loyalty, drives repeat business, and enhances brand reputation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize systems, policies, and procedures for greater efficiency and service delivery.
