Vitalyc Medspa is looking for a Assistant Manager to partner with a Store Director to lead one of our DFW locations in providing the latest in aesthetic services, with an emphasis on customer experience and a commitment to excellence. This role encompasses learning the key components of the Store Director role, including team development, sales and revenue targets, inventory control, and daily operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

  • Partner with the Store Director to learn all facets of in-store operations, from sales and customer service to employee management and administrative responsibilities, ensuring alignment with our standards, policies, and procedures
  • Exceed monthly revenue goals set by the Leadership Team
  • Monitor store objectives, such as revenue, discounts, budgets, and new/return clients
  • Foster staff growth through training
  • Demonstrate leadership by fostering employee skills to cultivate client loyalty and brand awareness through exceptional customer service, resulting in elevated performance
  • Initiate improvements to systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and service levels.
  • Assist the leadership team with additional tasks or duties as needed

 

WHAT YOU NEED

 

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Relevant experience of 3+ years; background in retail, hospitality, or the spa industry is desirable
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees to achieve objectives
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to fulfill major responsibilities, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining focus, and adapting to unexpected scenarios
  • Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills, with the ability to communicate across all organizational levels
  • Proficient computer and phone skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and readiness to learn new technologies
