On Call Hospice RN

Clinical personnel are expected to perform after hour visits on an as-needed basis, including weekends. Responsible for:

Completing an initial, comprehensive and ongoing comprehensive assessment of patient and family to determine hospice needs. Provides a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness(es).

Schedules are variable.

Must be:

A graduate of an approved school of professional nursing as determined by the Board of Registration in Nursing AND:

Licensed in the state of New Jersey as a registered nurse by the Board of Registration in Nursing
