Job Description

CHIPS Technology Group Inc, a growing technology firm offering a wide variety of services to a diverse clientele, currently has an opening for a detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Coordinator.

The individual we seek will serve as the Receptionist/Office Coordinator; interact with clients, vendors, bookkeeping and employees. In addition to being well organized, efficient, and able to work in a team environment, consequently you will always be expected to conduct yourself in a highly professional manner while displaying excellent customer service skills.

The Receptionist/Office Coordinator is responsible for answering the phone, understanding of setting up help tickets, managing supplies, order entry and procurement. This position includes all aspects of reception and office coordinator. The responsibilities include, triaging phone calls, order entry, quoting products, RMA’s etc.
