We’re looking for: The Marketing team at Privacera help drive revenue generation and our global brand and awareness in the market. As the market leader in the unified data access governance market, companies rely on Privacera to help them balance the demand for self-service data analytics with the growing requirements for regulatory and internal compliance requirements. The role of senior product marketing manager will report to the VP of Product and Alliances Marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:  


  • Ongoing market, partner, customer and competitive research to clearly understand the market trends, buyer dynamics and key pain points that our solution might solve.
  • Articulating the value prop of product features and capabilities in verbally succinct and visually engaging ways aimed at the chosen/ desired persona(s) and use cases.
  • Working with product management and engineering teams to translate product roadmap into marketing content to help drive awareness and pipeline.
  • Authoring collateral - blogs, white-papers, case studies and contributed articles - to support Privacera’s POV and educate prospective customers and influencers.
  • Leading integrated marketing programs for product launches - from press releases to demos, website copy and blogs, webinars, competitive positioning and sales enablement.
  • Conducting product demos as needed for virtual and in-person events and briefings.
  • Performing competitive analysis and monitoring to clearly articulate differentiators.
  •  Supporting analyst relations projects with research and documentation on Privacera’s product capabilities. 
  • Working cross-functionally across product management, sales, marketing and engineering and to document and educate internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities, differentiators and value proposition.
  • Building content strategy to support sales cycle - from awareness to consideration through to evaluation and purchase decision
  • Supporting demand gen campaigns and programs, inclusive of in-person events, digital events, content syndication, web copy, SEO
  • Representing Privacera as a spokesperson for external media, analyst and customer engagements. 

 

Your experience should include: 


  • B2B SaaS product marketing, product management, or pre-sales consulting experience, preferably in the area of data, analytics, security, or privacy
    • Apache Ranger knowledge is desired, but not required
  •  5-10 years of product marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills - writing sample may be collected during interview process
  • Ability to sell ideas well through creative and innovative content and programs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to move cross functional teams along to a common goal in a fast-pacedp environment
