Privacera is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team to manage the process of bringing on board the best talent and excited team players.
The Recruiter’s responsibilities include: being part of the resource planning team, promoting and marketing open positions, and communicating our company culture, goals, mission and vision. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of hiring high performing staff including technical experts, sales and marketing, end to end, including onboarding.
Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions for current openings and modify requirements as needed
- Create a marketing strategy to source candidates using professional network tools, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and job posting portals along with our HR Platform.
- Promote current openings to our staff for continued employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes by answering candidates’ queries regarding the application process
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
- Report to hiring managers and operations staff on the status of open positions
- Conduct training sessions with interviewers
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Determine qualification criteria for each position
- Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
- Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation
- Help new hires onboard
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, or similar role with proven metrics
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting, using various interview formats
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (e.g. job simulation activities, work samples
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BSc in Human Resources or relevant field
